The city of Worcester is 134 miles (216 km) north and west of London. 38 miles (60 km) north is Birmingham International Airport, which has excellent flight connections to and from major cities in Europe, North America and the Far East. The city's rail station provides services to and from London, and the M5 motorway (the country's major road link from north to south) is just to the east of the city.
In addition to Birmingham International Airport, Bristol Airport is about 1 hour's drive south, with a range of European destinations. Further afield there are the London airports - Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton and Stansted. All serve routes throughout the world, and all have good rail and road connections to Worcester.
For those who prefer to come by sea, there are ports on the east coast (e.g. Harwich) which serve countries on the North Sea, and on the south coast there are excellent routes across the English Channel from Dover, Portsmouth and Weymouth.
Eurostar has numerous trains every day through the Channel Tunnel, connecting the centre of London with France and Belgium. Arriving at St Pancras Station in the heart of the city, it is easy to connect with trains to Worcester.
